Techster - fast, rigid and high accuracy surface and profile grinder for larger parts. Thermally very stable, double V table slideways with special high precision ballscrews to all 3 axes allows for flat and concave/convex surfaces to be ground. Up to 300 strokes per minute the D3 is capable of grinding high precision parts from small profile tools to larger heavier moulds with the ability to dress and form the wheel to suit. Using the same unique AMADA Wasino software as the G3 minimises the time from drawing to finish parts in 1 offs to batch production.
A1 - Full Automatic type, specialized for surface grinding with powerful wheel spindle motor. CNC Precision Surface Grinder. High Precision Surface Grinder (Full automatic type)
A3 - CNC Precision Surface Grinder with a Multi Purpose Surface Grinder (CNC type). A 2-axis creates increased throughout with multiple part work zone grinding.
D1 - Full Automatic Downfeed Precision Surface Grinder. Column moving design, superior rigidity with AC Servo motor and ball screw for Vertical and Cross axis; AC Servo motor and ball screw for Longitudinal axis. Table Teach Buttom for longitudinal and cross axis, no mechanical dogs. Programmable vertical axis (0.000,040" minimum programmable downfeed). Manual vertical downfeed, 0.000,020" resolution.
D3 - The Techster-D3 is a three-axis CNC surface grinder, with Wasino's auto four side grinding process. This large (16x24), rigid grinder's column-moving design, empowered by a longitudinal ball screw drive system enables stock removal powered by creep feed grinding. A multi-work cycle enables superior finish and surface grind cycles; on-board CNC Surface & Form Grinder Full 3 Axis. Column moving design, superior rigidity with High Precision flat and form grinding with high production creep stock removal. AC Servo motor and ball screw for Vertical and Cross axis; AC Servo motor and ball screw for Longitudinal axis. Multi-work canned cycle for multiple piece processing and multiple operation processing enabling maximum unattended grinding.
