Andmar was formed in 1986 to offer service and spares to Jones and Shipman end users. It very quickly transformed to a business offering a total re-build service.

The business grew steadily, and in 1997 Andmar created its first Special Purpose grinder. Since then, Andmar has been commissioned to build machines solely for a customers needs.

In 1998 Andmar formed a partnership with a leading Surface Grinder manufacturer in Taiwan. Andmar secured the services of a designer with over forty years experience in Surface Grinder design and together offer top quality machines at a very competitive price. 

Our latest addition to our portfolio is our new Cylindrical Grinder, designed by Andmar and built by our partners, Seedtec, in Taiwan
