Programmable down feed, ball screw and servo driven. Minimum increments of 1micron.
Handheld Y axis HPG for touching on. Increments of 100um, 10um, 1um.
Direct drive precision wheel head with variable speed inverter.
Automatic reversing saddle. Ball screw controlled by an ac motor. Cross feed rates can be changed during cycle using a potentiometer in coarse and fine feed.
Hydraulic table.
NC Controller for Tool Room & full production grinding.
