The New DV7M - developed as a result of the acquisition of Profiltec (PeTewe & Doedeli), a multi-function profile grinding machine which is built using the extensive design team from both Japan and Europe. A high speed profile-grinding machine which offers a wide range of applications and specifications including an automatic tilt table, swivel, tilt and reciprocating wheelhead. Built on a very stable mineral base 5 of the axes have hydrostatic slideways, with linear motor technology in 2 axes. A built-in CCD high resolution camera measures and checks the profiles being ground also used for setting. Full automation including part load and off load, wheel change, dressing and cylindrical/indexer attachments makes this machine truly multi-functional.
