Unique Hydrostatic Bearing
The grinding wheel is equipped with a unique 'Paragon' hydrostatic bearing which has been sucessfully developed.
The hydrostataic bearing has no-metal-to metal friction, no overheating, and no oil leakage as no oil seal is used.
This makes the spindle run very smooth, light, and long lasting with high accuracy.
Based on the results of non-lear analysis and vibration analysis, the machine has been developed to meet the requirements
of high rigidity, high duration, and low vibration. With the use of 'Meehanite' cast iron on the machine bed and components,
the machine is durable and rigid.
